Alexis is a 200hr E-RYT with over 9 years of experience teaching. Her style is rooted in strength and fluidity.  Her classes are uplifting, energetic and informative. She enjoys incorporating strength building movements + unexpected sequences to give her students the opportunity to tune inward & explore their physical and mental capacities while escaping external distractions. Her hope is for those who first come for a physical practice, leave with a mindfulness practice & connect to a deeper version of themselves.

A balanced hybrid of isometric and eccentric focused bodyweight movement that aim to build strength and endurance in each  isolated muscle group throughout the class. 

Alexis is professionally trained in dance, gymnastics, barre as well as Corrective Exercise. 
Align Barre methods were born from her unique experience and knowledge of body mechanics and moving for flexibility, strength and mobility.

Alexis' approach to training is rooted in compassion for her clients. 
Her extensive background in bodyweight movements (gymnastics, yoga, barre, dance) with her training in Corrective Exercise, HIIT group fitness and Strength Training helps her cater directly to what each individual client needs. 

She focuses on training females, prenatal and postpartum moms, and those wishing to feel empowered in their bodies through weight lifting and strength training.
