YOGA POOL PARTY
- a yoga pop up series-
This vinyasa class combines strength + spiraling + fluidity + somatic / primal dance. It’s uniquely a combo of all the class styles I have ever taught!
If you’ve been to my events, you’ve gotten a taste of this class.
Classes will be bi-monthly starting in November!
We will be collecting food drive donations to stock the pantries at The Nashville Food Project as well as Nashville Classical Charter School (metro)
