Alexis is a firm believer in the power of movement + breath and their ability to align your physical, mental, and spiritual self.
Alexis' approach to training is rooted in compassion for her clients. Her extensive background in bodyweight movements (gymnastics, yoga, barre, dance) with her knowledge of training in Corrective Exercise, HIIT group fitness and Strength Training helps her cater directly to what each individual client needs.
She focuses on training females, prenatal and postpartum moms, and those wishing to feel empowered in their bodies through weight lifting and strength training.
Her hope is for those who first come with physical goals, leave with a deeper mind to muscle connection, a connect to a deeper version of themselves, feeling more balanced and pain free while feeling empowered to continue training with confidence.
