Alexis is a firm believer in the power of movement + breath and their ability to align your physical, mental, and spiritual self. She strives to empower her clients through functional movement and an intentional mindset — giving them the opportunity to tune inward & intentionally explore their physical and mental capacities while escaping external distractions. Her training is rooted in corrective exercise, barre, gymnastics and yoga and is passionate about helping others find alignment and balance physically and mentally.
Alexis has been teaching primarily in Nashville and surrounding areas over the last 11 years, with experience teacher training around the country. She is best known for her energetic + informative strength classes and creative flows that focus on alignment and embodiment.
Her favorite part of teaching and training is connecting with the community and spreading awareness about physical and soulful wellness.
